Sampan in a Cyclone

A Dark & Stormy recipe featuring Diplomatic rum and Iconic Spiced Honey. A perfect summer drink from the Provision Cocktail Collaboration. 

Sampan in a Cyclone

• 2 oz Diplomatico Rum
• .75 oz Iconic Spiced Honey
• .5  oz Ginger Liqueur
• .5 oz Lime juice
• Dash Angostura Bitters

-Shake with ice 
-Serve over fresh ice in a highball 
-Add a splash of sparkling water to fill the glass to the top
-Garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig
