Pequeña Ave

This translates to ‘little bird’ in Spanish (it’s not a street in Tucson like much of our guests believed!) Inspired by the classic Jungle Bird, this cocktail comes together with rum and amaretto. Iconic Orange Blossom Tonic acts like an orange liqueur, giving it a floral uniqueness.

Pequeña Ave 

• 1oz Dark Rum 
• .5oz Aperol
• .75oz Iconic Orange Blossom Tonic 
• .25oz Amaretto 
• .5oz lime juice 

-Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice 
-Shake with ice and pour into a tall tiki glass with fresh ice
-Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry
