Orange Sans Fizz

Inspired by the Ramos Gin Fizz, we are crafting an Orange Fizz sans the spirit with Iconic Orange Blossom Tonic and Seedlip Grove 42. To match a Ramos Fizz, we are adding cream and egg white to achieve a sturdy head. Take a few extra steps when composing this NA cocktail for the full experience! 

Orange Sans Fizz

• 2oz Seedlip Grove 42 
• 1oz Iconic Orange Blossom Tonic 
• 1/2oz Orange Juice
• 1/2oz cream
• 1 egg white 

-Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake 
-Add ice and shake again until chilled 
-Double strain into a tall glass (without ice) 
-Top with enough sparkling water to create a delicious mountain of fizz.
