Maneater

We don’t think there is anything better than a slice of watermelon with a sprinkle of tajin on it. That was until we added some gin to the situation to create this Watermelon Gin Collins. Made with seasonal, Watermelon Rose Tonic, be sure to try this cocktail before summer is over!  

Maneater

• 2oz gin
• 1.5oz Watermelon Rose Tonic
• 1oz Ginga Syrup
• .75oz lemon juice
• 10 mint leaves
• Dash of Tajin

-Rim a collins glass with Tajin
-Combine all ingredients but half the mint to shaker and dry shake
-Pour over a glass with ice
-Add sparkling water and garnish with mint
