La Fleur de Gingembre

• 2oz @hendricksgin Rose Cucumber Gin
• 1oz Aperol
• 1/2oz Iconic Ginga Syrup
• 1/2oz Goody housemade rosemary blackberry syrup
• 1/2oz Lemon Juice
• 1 barspoon of Goody housemade grenadine

-Shake with ice.
-Absinthe washed and flamed cocktail glass.
-Poured over a super cube and garnished with dried rose, lemon, and star anise.
