The Sidecar is a booze forward cocktail made with cognac and orange liqueur that deserves just a touch of sweetness. Using our Salted Cocoa Nib adds a subtle layer of caramel with notes of lightly salted chocolate.

Haiti Hitch

• 1.5oz Cognac
• 1oz Iconic Salted Cocoa Nib
• .5oz Grand Marnier
• .5oz Lemon juice

-Combine in a shaker with ice and shake.
-Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
-Garnish with an orange twist.
