Free Stone

• 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
  
• 1 oz. Saffron Peach Sour 
• 1 egg white
• 4 drops of walnut bitters 

-Combine all but the bitters in a shaker and dry shake without ice
-Add ice and shake again until chilled 
-Fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the bitters
