Dark 'N Spicy
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Iconic Ginga Syrup
- 1/2 oz Iconic Spiced Honey
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1.5 oz Sparkling Water
- Lemon Twist
-Combine Ginga Syrup, Spiced Honey, and lemon juice in a shaker and dry shake (without ice)
-Add ice to a rocks glass and fill about 1/3 of the way with sparkling water
-Pour your mixture over ice.
-Add Dark Rum last for a classic layered expression
