We only make Mulberry Rose when we can get our hands on locally grown mulberries! Which is typically the end of April. If you have a bottle, try this cocktail recipe inspired by the rainbow!

• 2oz Gin
• 1oz Iconic Mulberry Rose
• 1/2oz @leespiritsco Creme de Violette
• 1/2oz lemon

-In a shaker, combine gin, Mulberry Rose, and lemon juice with ice. Shake until chilled.
-Strain into a chilled martini glass.
-Using the back of a bar spoon, slowly pour Cream de Violette to create a layered look.
-Garnish with an edible flower.
