Make a Chilled Cocktail that Tastes Exactly like Mulled Wine
Inspired by mulled wine, this Sloe Gin cocktail can be served either chilled or warmed. For the time being, we’re shaking Iconic Spiced Honey and Orange Blossom Tonic together with ice and dreaming of cooler weather. Sloe Gin is reminiscent of plum and red wine. Combined with bright citrus, rich honey, and fragrant cinnamon, this cocktail comes together perfectly for this time of year.

Infuse Spirit with Your Favorite Seasonal Flavors
Another way to lean into the season is by literally infusing your spirit with it. Add a handful of fresh herbs to a neutral vodka to create a piney partner for any of our Iconic mixers. This technique would work great with clove, sage, juniper, thyme, or any of your favorite seasonal flavors. Simply add 1-3 sprigs of fresh herbs or 1-3 tablespoons of dried herbs to 2 cups of spirit. Infuse for 1-3 days and strain out any solids. Here are some fun combos to try!
