The Metro

Did you know that the Sidecar cocktail got its name because the bar patron who ordered the drink rolled up in a motorcycle with a sidecar attached? We picture someone hopping off the Valley Metro Light Rail and ordering this Iconic version of that very same cocktail. 

The Metro

• 2oz cognac
• 1oz Iconic Orange Blossom Tonic
• 1/2oz lemon juice

-Combine all in a shaker with ice 
-Shake until chilled 
-Strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass and garnish with an orange twist
